e-Tender

eTender is an Electronic Tendering System used by the Government of United Arab Emirates for Federal Purchasing Departments, and provides its services such as the following:-

Available Electronic Services:

  •  Online electronic registration and renewal in the Ministry of Finance & Industry Suppliers Record.

  •   Ability to view the latest tenders and quotations issued by the federal ministries.

  • Online tenders’ purchasing.  

  •  Ability to display the approved tenders or quotations.

  • Online attachment of required catalogue.

  • Cancellation or amendment of tenders or quotations before closing date.

  • Online amendment of company’s information and details.

Advantages: 

  •  Flexibility and ease of use through direct electronic communication.

  •  Registered venders can view all the tenders and quotations globally.

  •  Secure and safe data and procedures.

  •  Secure online payment.

Notes:

  •         Registration in the eProcurement services provide the member with the opportunity to deal with all federal government tenders and quotations except those ministries who exempt by the resolution or law of the Ministry of State for Cabinet Affairs.

  •              Capability of renewal one month before membership expiry date.

Registration Instructions:

Please note the following registration instructions:

  1. Please use Internet Explorer browser 6.0 or any browser that supports Arabic language.
  2. Please enter all the details in Arabic Language.
  3. Ministry of Finance and Industry will not receive any online request before completing the payment form details for the fees required.  
  4. The requested service that has incomplete attachments will not be received by the ministry.  

Required Documents:

  •  Commercial License from one of the UAE Municipalities or concerned departments.

  •  Membership Certificate from one of the UAE Chamber of Commerce and Industry or concerned offices.

  •  Registration Certificate from one of the UAE Municipalities or concerned offices in the commercial record.

  •  Specimen Signature or signature authorization (for Non-individual companies).

  •  Company’s Partnership Contract (If Available).

  •  Registration Certificate in one of the commercial agencies (If Available).

How to obtain the services?

  • Please fill in the company’s registration form as new customer.

  • Complete the required company’s details, and upload the need documents.

  • Complete the Payment Page Details for the selected service.

  • Check your Access Information on you email directly after completing all the registration’s process.

  • Finally, you will be informed of your request status through your email account.

Subscription Fees:

  •  Annual registration fee is Dhs1000 and Dhs 500 for renewal.

  • Online payment will be through the eDirham.
